Fulfillment Policy for Certified Praesidium Guardian Attendance

  1. Purchase Confirmation

Upon purchasing a seat for our workshops, you will receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and reservation details. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during the purchase process to receive your confirmation.

  1. Seat Reservation

All seats for our workshops are reserved under the attendee’s name. Upon arrival at the event, please check in with our staff who will have a list of registered attendees. No physical or electronic tickets are issued. If you are attending a virtual event, a link to access the workshops will be emailed to the registered attendee.

  1. Workshop Entry

Logistical details of where the physical workshop will take place will be emailed to registered attendees in advance of the workshop. For virtual workshops, please ensure that you have good internet access, a working camera, speakers, and, have zoom downloaded on your device. A private link will be sent to all registered attendees in advance.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges

Seats for workshops are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation or significant change to the workshop schedule. If a workshop is cancelled, all attendees will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, or attendees will receive a credit to attend a future workshop.

  1. Transfer of Seats

Seats are transferable to other individual within the same organization up to 5 days before the event. To transfer a seat, please contact pginfo@praesidiuminc.com with the new attendee’s name and contact details. No transfers will be accepted within 5 days of the event.

  1. Rescheduled Workshops

If a workshop is rescheduled, your reservation will be valid for the new date. If attendees are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact pginfo@praesidiuminc.com for assistance. We will offer either a refund or credit towards a future event.

  1. Changes to Fulfillment Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email and updated on our website.
